The Inbox is found in the main Sentinel Force Headquarters area, in the small shed opposite the Canteen.

The Inbox allows players to collect bonuses from Events and Campaigns. Events and Campaigns are speculated to be seasonal or celebratory features held during certain times or after certain game milestones.
